Letter to Scott Hanford dated May 8, 2010 -- Dear Mr. Hanford,  My name is Rose, I am a manager for Littman Jewelers.  I know how hard it is to find good help.  I would like to commend one of your sales associates, his name is Jason Stickler and he works in your Kia dealership.  This young man is an asset to your dealership.  I called him on Thursday 4/29/10 and explained to him what I was looking for and within 3 hours, I had a return phone call.  Another dealership was looking for 10 days.  The young man arranged to have my car to your dealership and then to me, he offered to deliver the car himself if he could not locate a driver.  You have a valuable asset to your company.  Jason is willing to go the extra mile for his customers.  I will be telling anyone who is looking for a car about my experience!

Scott.  Just wanted to tell you that you I was checking pricing all over to get our car inspected.  It probably needed about fifteen hundred dollars worth of work.  And your prices were competitive and below.  And I always trusted taking the car there but I just wanted to let you know your prices are really competitive.  Really appreciate it.  And the service girl, Cheryl, was extremely helpuful.  I know you get complaints, but here's a call to say good job.  Thank you.
